Eight Nepali cricketers including Rohit Paudel picked for EU T20 League Belgium

Eight Nepali cricketers have been selected for the inaugural EU T20 League in Belgium, including national team captain Rohit Paudel and vice-captain Dipendra Singh Airee.

Dipendra had been pre-signed by JB Bruges while Sandeep Lamichhane was pre-signed by Liège Red Lions. Through the main draft, Rohit was picked by Ghent Gladiators under Category B, and wicketkeeper Aasif Sheikh joined Antwerp Anchors under Category C. Lalit Rajbanshi, Ishan Pandey, Anil Sah, and Gulshan Jha rounded out the Nepali contingent, all joining JB Bruges.

For Lalit, Aasif, and Ishan, the tournament will be their first overseas franchise league experience. JB Bruges is associated with Dream Sports, which also owns the NPL franchise Janakpur Bolts.
